Where is Raptors Wildlife Escape Situated?
Situated in Hoedspruit, in the province of Limpopo, South Africa. Centrally located, with the convenience of shopping centres and schools nearby.
Explain the term, "Big Game Country"?
Kruger National Park is less than an hours drive away, that has access to the Big 5, including Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhino and plains game such as giraffe, zebra, kudu and impala. There are also various wildlife estates in the area.
What form of ownership is available?
Raptors Wildlife Escapes has freehold title stands available, ranging from 129m2 up to 285m2 in size.
What benefits does freehold title ownership offer?
You will obtain a title deed once your property has transferred in the deeds office into the owners name. Recognised financial instutions will grant a bond for Freehold title property.
Can I fence my property?
Yes, but it must approved by the Homeowners Association and must comply with the building regulations. Your fence can only be 2.2m high with latte. Chicken mesh or wire is NOT PERMITTED.
What are the levies?
The levies are charged at R 1000 per month and will be paid to the Homeowners Association, of which each owner becomes a member and will determine the levy structure at their annual general meeting (AGM).
Are there any additional costs?
Electricity and rates and taxes will be for the Home Owners account.
How will the development be managed?
A Home Owners Association has been established to manage the development.
How is the development secured?
There is an access controlled gate, of which each owner has a remote to gain access to his/her unit. The perimeter of the development is also fenced and has an electrified fence.
